How does an industrial circulating chiller work? The industrial circulating chiller uses compressor refrigeration technology and uses refrigerant as the medium in the refrigeration process. It also combines electrical control and water circulation. The compressor, expansion valve/capillary tube, evaporator, condenser, liquid storage tank, etc. constitute the industrial circulating chiller. Its working principle is that the refrigeration system of the chiller cools the water, and the water pump delivers the low-temperature cooling water to the equipment that needs to be cooled. The cooling water then takes away the heat, returns to the chiller after heating, and is cooled again and delivered back to the equipment. In the refrigeration system of the chiller, the refrigerant in the evaporator coil absorbs the heat of the return water and evaporates into steam. The compressor continuously extracts the generated steam from the evaporator and compresses it. The compressed high-temperature and high-pressure steam is sent to the condenser, which then releases heat (heat extracted by the fan) and condenses into a high-pressure liquid. After being decompressed by the throttling device, it enters the evaporator to vaporize and absorb the heat of the water, and the whole process is continuously circulated.
Our product range follows the principle of "Designed from One".This means that the product always comes with hydraulic and refrigerant circuits, condenser, compressor, fan and a high-quality control system. Our products are easy to install with "Plug & Play" connections.
